All parties, including MQM, consented to Khi operation, says Qaim

KARACHI : A committee was being formed to investigate the murder of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) worker Waqas Ali Shah and the matter will be probed as transparently as possible, said the Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah on Friday.
As for the fate of the MQM workers arrested during the dawn swoop at Nine Zero on Wednesday, it will be decided by the court.“The ongoing crackdown against criminals in the city was launched after consulting with the MQM and police and Rangers had been given full impetus and authority to carry out raids and arrest suspects if they considered it necessary,” he said.
