The ‘great dictator,’ Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf, has appreciated the superior judiciary for its recent verdict which was a great sigh of relief for him. Nawaz Sharif was the main obstacle in Musharraf’s way. Now, after his complete dismissal from politics, the former president has no fear of any one. He now intends to come back to Pakistan and is ready to face all his cases. He is extremely fortunate to enjoy his life in Dubai after arresting all the judges and disgracing them in every possible manner.
This is because our worthy politicians, who are sharply divided among themselves, are neither interested in bringing him to justice nor do they want to meddle in someone else’s affairs. Nawaz has learnt a bitter lesson for facing the courts and now no one else will dare to follow suit. Pakistan will continue to suffer from the present status for at least a couple of decades until true leaders are born.
