The International Islamic University (IIU), Islamabad, is going to hold a seminar on ‘The role of scholars in strengthening Pakistan-Saudi Arabia relationship’ on April 5 (Sunday), at 11:00 a.m., at Allama Iqbal Auditorium of its Faisal Masjid campus.
The seminar will be addressed by the renowned scholars, intellectuals, analysts and experts from different fields.
Meanwhile, Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed, Executive Director of the IIU Iqbal International Institute for Research and Dialogue, on Friday said discouragement of violent attitudes was a pre-requisite for the progress of nation. He was addressing the concluding ceremony of 64th ten-day long Islamic Orientation Programme for the Teachers organised by the Dawah Academy of the university. The course was joined by 32 lecturers across the country while its closing session was also joined by the Deputy Director General Dawah Academy Dr. Imtiaz Zafar, course coordinator Zaheer ud Din Behram, other staff members of academy and the participant teacher.
