CDA, Bahria University sign MoU

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Training Academy and Bahria University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly organise training courses, conferences and seminars.
The signing ceremony of MoU on cooperation in academic training, research, cooperative activities between Bahria University, Islamabad Campus, and CDA Training Academy (CTA) was held here . CDA Executive Director General Sanaullah Aman and Bahria University Director Research and Development Dr. Faisal Aftab signed the MoU.
According to the MoU, the civic body would provide the training material, technical notes and reference material, whereas Bahria University will facilitate the authority with faculty possessing expertise in difference technical fields.
Some different technical projects would be jointly executed from the platform of university and CDA utilising the technical expertise of both. The CDA would offer internship programme to the students and assist in organising workshops, lecture series, trainings and seminars.
It would also help the university in conducting various Community Support Programme (CSP) modules. Both partners will jointly organise diploma and degree programmes, international conferences, expos and national level seminar.
Pro-rector and head of all departments of Bahria University, CDA (P&E) director, CDA (Training Academy) deputy director were present on the occasion.
Pro-Rector of Bahria University Rear Admiral Saleem Akhtar (r) in his address thanked the CDA and desired that in future both the organisations will organise activities in better manner. CDA (Training Academy) Executive Director General Sanaullah Aman appreciated the efforts of Bahria University and stressed that this MoU will be highly beneficial for both the organisations.
