ADDITIONAL District and Sessions Judge Tariq Khursheed Monday issued orders to confiscate salaries of six officials of CIA for not complying with court orders.
The court ordered authorities concerned to confiscate salaries of the CIA officials, including Sajwar Tariq, Sultan Ahmed, Jaffar Ali, Ghulam Murtaza, Yaseen and Anwer. The said CIA officials are nominated as a prosecution witness in a narcotics case. The court summoned them many a time to appear before the court and record their statements but they did not comply with the court orders.
