PAKISTAN Bar Council (PBC) on Monday announced observing ‘mourning day’ today (March 3), to protest the failure of government in arresting the perpetrators of a terror attack on Islamabad district courts last year.
In a statement, the bar Vice-Chairman Azam Nazir Tarar lamented the government’s failure in arresting the culprits of the attack and taking measures for the security of the courts premises.
He said the lawyers would appear before courts wearing black arm bands in connection with the mourning day.
