Gang smashed

LAHOREHarbanspura police claimed to have arrested three members of Ramboo Dacoit Gang and recovered cash, jewellery, mobile phones, bikes and other valuables on Sunday. The alleged dacoits were identified as Waqas alias Ramboo, ringleader, Waseem and Usman alias Baba. They were arrested by a special police team during a raid.

Harbanspura police claimed to have arrested three members of Ramboo Dacoit Gang and recovered cash, jewellery, mobile phones, bikes and other valuables on Sunday.
The alleged dacoits were identified as Waqas alias Ramboo, ringleader, Waseem and Usman alias Baba. They were arrested by a special police team during a raid. Their accomplice Nadeem managed to flee. The police said the accused were history-sheeters and jailed for many times. They confessed more than 25 dacoities in Harbanspura, Baghbanpura, Hudiara, Burki, Manawan and Shalamar areas. DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf announced commendatory certificates for the police team.
