The Lahore Stock Exchange depicted positive trend on Thursday, as the LSE-25 Index increased by 25 points to close at 5,816 points, dealers said.
Trading volumes were higher than the volumes recorded on the last trading day.
Of the 101 companies traded, the value of 30 increased, nine companies suffered losses, while there was no change in the value of 62 companies' shares.
Trading volume was 1.55 million shares, lower than the trading volumes of 1.09 million shares recorded on the last trading day. Bank of Punjab was the volume leader, recording a turnover of 627,500 shares.
