TOBA TEK SINGH: Pirmahal police on Monday registered a case against a man under Section 302 of the PPC for aerial firing which claimed the life of his nephew at Chak 666/7-GB. Reportedly, Afzal resorted to aerial firing to celebrate his brother’s marriage, but a bullet hit his nephew Akmal. As a result, he died on the spot. Meanwhile, Khalida received serious injuries when some people started aerial firing during a wedding ceremony at Chak 716/GB. She was immediately taken to Pirmahal THQ Hospital from where doctors referred her to DHQ Hospital, Toba Tek Singh.
