This refers to the news report, ‘Shaharyar Khan concedes India won’t play Pakistan’ (August 29). The PCB head is trying his best to somehow arrange a cricket series between Pakistan and India. The octogenarian is probably unaware that Indians are killing innocent Pakistanis along the LoC and are doing their best to provoke Pakistan into a state of war while we are showing utmost restraint.
Under these circumstances no Pakistani would want to play cricket with India. Someone should apprise the PCB chairman of this fact. There are other cricket-playing nations with teams better than the Indian cricket team that can be convinced to play with us.
