I am a subscriber of PTCL with one landline telephone and a broadband DSL installed at my residence. For the last over one year the telephone has a chronic problem of crosstalk which has been reported many times. Since the last one week both the telephone and DSL are out of order which has been reported to PTCL complaint numbers 1218 and 080080800 but without any fruitful outcome.
In this connection I also met – a number of times – the area divisional engineer concerned and requested him for intervention but to no avail. As a result without a telephone and a DSL connection I am not only cut off from the world but my job as well. I request the PTCL chairman to please look into this complaint and resolve the problem at the earliest.
