MULTAN: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf central leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi claimed on Tuesday his party could come up to the expectations of the masses by developing the country. Addressing a membership camp here, he said that joining of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf by the people was indicative of its popularity. He asked the party workers to take part in the membership drive enthusiastically. He was of the view that the PTI could run the affairs of the country in an effective manner. He demanded of the government to empower the local bodies’ representatives in accordance with the Constitution.
