Nadra census
The last population census was done in 1998. In the presence of the National Database Regulatory Authority (Nadra), we do not need the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, wait for decades, for presidential ordinances, for teachers and other staff to compile d data in three years.
All Nadra needs to do is register and computerise any leftover citizens in its database. This also includes the registration and computerisation of all aliens even though they may not be issued Nadra cards. This will relieve the PBS of the redundant task of doing the door-to-door verification for both population and house census which it has not been able to achieve efficiently and regularly. Similarly, Nadra records could also be used to track down the number of out-of-school children.
