Low gas pressure irks masses

NANKANA SAHIB: People have shown concern over low gas pressure in their areas.
The people said that they were facing problems due to low gas pressure in their localities and sometimes even complete suspension of gas supply. They said that they could not cook food in their homes due to low gas pressure and they were forced to buy food from bazaars. The people demanded the authorities take notice of the issue.
DEATH ANNIVERSARY: The first death anniversary of Ch Lal Din Akhtar, father of The News Nankana correspondent Saeed Akhtar, was observed here on Sunday.
Ch Lal Din also served as the Municipal Committee Nankana chairman. Quran Khawani was also held for the departed soul.
