LHC directs to register FIR against minister in fraud case
ISLAMABAD: Lahore High Court (LHC), Rawalpindi Bench, on Tuesday directed to register the First Information Report (FIR) against Federal Minister for Ports and Shipping Kamran Michael.
After the directions issued by the LHC, the petitioner approached the local police in Murree for the registration of an FIR against the fraud of Rs60 million on the pretext of sale of Holy Trinity Church allegedly by Kamran Michael. However, the matter was deferred due to the influence of the powerful accused.

Kamran Michael, allegedly in connivance with some others, including Shafiq Masih, looted Rs60 million from Waqar Ahmed Khan, a property adviser dealing in the business of property.
