Development Corps team office-bearers take oath
PESHAWAR: Four students of the IMSciences took oath as the first Youth Development Corps (YDC) team.
The students included Noor Hina Khan (president), Anum Babar (vice-President), Huda (general secretary) and Attaullah (media secretary).
They will work in coordination with Planning Commission and Industry for sound policy formulation and implementation on socio-cultural and economic sphere in terms of providing effective service delivery to the common masses.
The key objective of the YDC Forum is to directly involve youth in the socio-economic development of the country and generate a citizen feedback system that prioritize issues and shapes the paradigm in which all actors can act together in a productive manner.
Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Ahsan Iqbal took oath from the team of Youth Development Corps (YDC) at the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar.
Director IMSciences, Dr Muhammad Mohsin Khan highlighted the salient features of IMSciences and appreciated the government efforts in making IMSciences as one of the leading institutes for higher education in the country.
