Meat distributed among deserving families

TIMERGARA: The Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD), a welfare organisation, on Friday distributed meat among 455 deserving families, including orphans, widows and disabled in Temergara tehsil.
The organisation sacrificed 17 small and big animals for poor people on second and third day of Eid.
Muhammad Bilal, the programme officer, Helping Hands in Lower Dir said that with the help of the Pakistani community in the USA the sacrificial animals were arranged.
He said that in the last eight years, the HHRD was providing free medical care to 200 children with disability and financial assistance and education expenses of 100 orphans were being provided successfully in Lower Dir district.
