MANSEHRA: The Rescue 1122 has finalised its plan for Eidul Azha and monsoon season and has cancelled holidays of its employees.
“Our entire staff, ambulances and fire-tenders would remain on standby and on a high alert to cope with any eventuality during Eid and monsoon rains,” Hafeez-ur-Rahman, the district emergency officer, told a meeting.
The meeting discussed various issues before finalising the strategy.
“The entire staff would remain on duty on 24/7 and no negligence would be tolerated,” he said, adding, “Our response timing is tremendous and we would spare no effort to serve the ones in need.”
