KARACHI: Local gold on Wednesday ticked up Rs50 to reach Rs108,900 per tola, mostly tracking the international market, dealers said.
According to data released by All Sindh Saraf Jewelers Association, the price of 10 gram gold also increased Rs43 to Rs93,364.
In the international market, bullion rates moved $9 up to $1,817 per ounce.
The rates of silver at the local market remained unchanged at Rs1,440 per tola, while the price of 10 gram of this precious metal was also steady at Rs1,234.56.
Local jewelers said the rate of gold in the Pakistani market was Rs2,000 per tola lower compared to Dubai.
