Two warehouses damaged in fire

A fire broke out in a plastic warehouse in the Ayub Goth area of New Karachi on Saturday.
The incident occurred within the limits of the New Karachi Industrial Area police station. According to the fire brigade, three fire tenders were despatched to the warehouse, which doused the fire within one hour.
The cooling process was underway when the story was filed. No loss of life was reported in the incident. The actual cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
Separately, a fire broke out in a warehouse in Turi Bangash Colony in Orangi Town. The fire brigade said firefighters were able to extinguish the flames with the hectic efforts of four hours. A total of eight fire tenders participated in the operation.
