Truck falls into ditch on road built a month ago

MULTAN: The use of substandard material exposed a road at Chungi No 14, Makhdoom Rashid Road on Wednesday when a truck passing through the road fell into a ditch. Hundreds millions of rupees are spent on the construction of roads but the incident exposed use of substandard material. After rains, blank holes appeared at various spots of the road at Chungi No 14 Chowk. Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had inaugurated the road just a month ago as a part of his development scheme in his constituency.
