Commoners Gold Valley sets aside all records of booking: CEO

The Commoners Gold Valley, a project of Commoner Sky Gardens (CSG) (Private) Limited has set aside all the previous records, as its booking-forms were sold within hours, CEO of CSG Chaudhary Muhammad Ismail, said in an interview with ‘The News.’
CSG CEO Chaudhary Muhammad Ismail said people have trust in Commoner Sky Gardens that’s why they have shown great interest in the project of Commoners Gold Valley.
Ch. Ismail said that this project was designed for everyone, even low-paid employees can also buy plots on economical rates in this scheme. He claimed “The rates which we have offered for low-paid employees are the lowest one and I am sure that no one has offered plots on such a cheap rates ever before this.”
CSG CEO further said that we would give free plots in Commoners Gold Valley project to deserving people and widows of law enforcements agencies officials who sacrificed their lives while performing their duties.
Talking about the growth in real estate business in the country, Ch Ismail said that the sector was growing because of the people’s trust on builders. People feel safe in investing in this business that’s why we see growth in this sector.
He said people have trust on Commoners Sky Gardens because we always try our best to deliver plots to the customers in scheduled period of time and that’s the reason they again have shown great interest in our new project this time.
