LG reps from PTI protest against WSSP

PESHAWAR: The nazims and councillors of Bhanamari belonging to the ruling Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) on Friday staged a protest against the Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) for the poor cleanliness situation in their area.
The demonstration was led by neighbourhood council nazims Faridullah, Gulzar Khan and councillors Rahman Afzal and Daud Burki. The protesters were holding placards and chanting slogans against the WSSP.
The protesters said that the cleanliness situation in Bhanamari and its surrounding localities was pathetic. The garbage piles are present every here and this unhygienic condition in the area has caused the spread of diseases.
