QUETTA: The Frontier Corps (FC) killed four suspects while an FC man was martyred in exchange of fire in the Surab area of Kalat district on Friday.
According to an FC spokesman, the FC personnel acting on a tipoff carried out a search operation in the area when the suspects opened fire on them. Four suspects were killed and one of the Frontier Corps personnel was martyred and another injured during the exchange of fire.
Ammunitions including improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and other arms were also recovered from the possession of the suspects. Further investigation was underway.
