He said the Supreme Court had dismissed his appeal and Punjab Home Department issued his death warrants for October 13.
Submitting documentary proofs before the court, his counsel said legal heirs of the deceased had forgiven him after reaching a compromise. He said they also had submitted the compromise before the trial court but the court was not acknowledging it. The court suspending the death warrants till further orders, directed the counsel to submit certified copies of the compromise before the court within two weeks.
