Turkey to invest in transport sector

A delegation of investors from Turkey called on Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif Thursday and discussed matters regarding investment in transport and infrastructure sectors.
The Turk investors expressed interest in investment in urban transport. Talking to the delegation, the chief minister said Turkey had always helped Pakistan during earthquake, floods or any other calamity. He said that economic and trade cooperation was increasing between Turkey and Pakistan. He said that the help extended by Turkey to Pakistan in difficult situations was commendable. He said that increasing interaction with Turk companies was strengthening the relations between the two countries. He said that investment by Turk investors in urban transport sector would be welcomed. The Turk delegation was led by Chairman CamPak Group Abdul Kadir.
