School upgrade

Newspost

October 4, 2015

The Government Middle School Kankola in Peshawar has been catering to the education needs of the Kankola village and its surrounding areas for the last three decades. Since there is no higher level school, students, especially girls, have no other option but to quit studies after completing their middle level education. They cannot travel to far-off places given the security situation and also because the majority of people cannot afford it.
We, the people of the area, appeal to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to upgrade the GM School to higher secondary level which is a long pending demand of the Kankola village and its surrounding areas.
