“The racist and fascist policies being pursued by the Indian state against the Muslims call for economic sanctions imposed by western capitals,” he said while commenting on BJP leader Subramanian Swamy’s remarks comments on Muslims.

Rabbani said India is guilty of state sponsored hate crimes against Muslims. “Whereas, it is guilty of genocide and use of rape as a weapon to further its political agenda in Kashmir,” he said.
