CAIO: A car bombing killed an Egyptian woman and a child on Friday in the North Sinai town of Rafah, where the military is engaged in a sweeping campaign against Jihadists, the army said. The military said that the bomb went off as troops combed the border town neighbouring the Palestinian Gaza Strip, and there were no army casualties.
