Chinese support

During President Mamnon Hussain’s recent visit to China, the two nations reiterated their commitment to cement their ties and continue supporting each other at the international front. The Chinese president unequivocally expressed China’s sincerity and ‘unswerving support for Pakistan’s efforts in safeguarding its national security’.
In the wake of the internal and external security challenges we face at the moment, this Chinese support means a lot to us. Our valiant security forces are successfully fighting a decisive Operation Zarb-e Azb to eliminate terrorism from the country. At the same time our armed forces are countering security challenges at our eastern and western borders. The civilian and military leadership should be applauded for their national resolve and vision to foster international ties to best serve our national interests.
