Nawaz Sharif’s ailment needs diagnosis: Firdous Ashiq Awan
ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan Monday said there was a need to diagnose the disease of former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
In a series of tweets, she said the government will take forward with full force the agenda of progress and prosperity of people under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, saying those who wanted to create political chaos were disappointed. She said the political opponents, who were trying to paint democratic differences as conspiracy, should be informed that the government was not only strong with the support of allies, but democratic differences had also been resolved in a democracy way.
She noted progress of the youth of Sindh was necessary for strengthening the federation and added, “Youth is our precious asset and empowering them is the vision of the prime minister”.
The prime minister, she said, was arriving in Karachi and bringing good news for the youth, as he would distribute cheques among the youth of Sindh to rid them of disappointment under the Kamyab Jawan Programme.
“This program will prove to be an important step toward materialization of the dreams of the youth of Sindh. These initiatives are imperative to create opportunities for the youth to move forward, make them partner in the process of development, and to accelerate the economic progress,” she emphasised. She further said there was a dire need to rid the Sindh province of corruption.
