Concern over strike of goods transport owners

SIALKOT: Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association (PHMA) senior vice president Khawaja Musharraf Iqbal Tuesday expressed grave concern over ongoing strike of goods transport owners.

In a press conference in his office, he said all export related shipments worth billions of rupees were stuck at ports because they could not be moved from factories due to strike of goods transport owners. He said the exporters are already facing various problems, and now transport owners’ strike has multiplied their miseries. Khawaja said the strike will cancel orders from foreign buyers.
