Karachi police chief transfers 17 DSPs

Seventeen deputy superintendents of police (DSPs) were transferred and posted on Thursday in Karachi. According to a notification issued by Additional IG Karachi Ghulam Nabi Memon, 17 DSPs have been transferred and posted in a reshuffle.

Nisar Ahmed Brohi, who had been awaiting posting in the Karachi Police Office, has been appointed DSP AVLC against an existing vacancy, and Syed Shoukat Ali, who had been awaiting posting in the Karachi Police Office, has been posted as DSP Investigaiton Saddar District South.

According to the notification, Sohail Faiz, who had been waiting for posting in the Karachi Police Office, has been made DSP Sohrab Goth, Irfanullah Khan, who had been waiting to be assigned a responsibility in the Karachi Police Office, has been appointed DSP Saeedabad, while Raja Tariq Mehmood has been posted as DSP Investigation Clifton.

Farhat Kamal Khan, who had been waiting to be posted in the Karachi Police Office, is now DSP al-Falah Sub-Division, Abu Muhammad Umaro has been posted DSP SSU Karachi against an existing vacancy, Zawar Hussain Unnar is now DSP Headquarters, Garden, South, and Syed Akhtar Abbas, DSP Investigation Clifton, has been transferred and posted as DSP Investigaiton Gulshan District.

Lal Bux Solangi, DSP Complainant Cell District Korangi Karachi, will be DSP Memon Goth, Nawaz Khan, DSP Welfare, has been made DSP Quaidabad, Fateh Muhammad Shaikh, DSP al-Falah, is now DSP Complaint Cell, Naeem Ahmed of the CTD Sindh will be DSP Ferozabad, Rashid Iqbal, DSP Security-I, is now DSP Investigation Saeedabad, Aijaz Hussain Mughal, DSP Quaidabad, will be DSP Investigation SITE, Zahoorur Rehman, DSP Ferozabad, is now DSP Baldia, and Ali Anwar Soomro, DSP Baldia, has been made DSP Investigation Nazimabad.
