PESHAWAR: A delegation of the National Party on Sunday met Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) Chairman Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao and other party leaders and discussed matters of mutual interest and the prevailing political situation in the country.
According to a press release, National Party President Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Senator Mir Hasil Bizenjo, Senator Mir Kabeer Ahmed, Senator Muhammad Akram, National Party KP head Mukhtar Bacha and others were in attendance.
QWP provincial Chairman Sikandar Hayat Khan Sherpao and others were also present. The two sides discussed matters of mutual interest and the prevailing political situation in the country. The leaders of the two political parties also agreed to jointly work for the cause of democracy.
