KARACHI: “No Escape” opens in theaters on Friday (August 28) all over the Pakistan by Geo Films. Moving fast with tense moments that will keep viewers on the edge of their seat, from start to finish, ‘No Escape’ is a thrilling nightmare comes to life.”
The film follows an American family as they relocate to Southeast Asia only to encounter a violent political uprising. There is endless running from the two stars, hundreds of others, and, of course, plenty of intrigue. Family frantically looks for a safe escape in an environment where foreigners are being immediately executed.
An intense international thriller, ‘No Escape’ centers on an American businessman (Wilson) as he and his family settle into their new home in Southeast Asia. Suddenly finding themselves in the middle of a violent political uprising, they must frantically look for a safe escape as rebels mercilessly attack the city. Directed by John Erick Dowdle and written together with his brother Drew, ‘No Escape’ stars Owen Wilson, Pierce Brosnan (Future 007 film Hero) and Lake Bell.
The new action thriller ‘No Escape’ contains such insane intensity and heart-pounding action that it takes your breath away. It doesn’t let up for a minute. ‘No Escape’ is a tense, at times riveting action-thriller about innocents abroad. Super size your popcorn, check your logic at the door and settle in for a pretty good ride. It’s a horribly ugly film that appears to take great pleasure in its own misery; it has all the bells and whistles of schlock.
‘No Escape’ tries to be a bloody horror film, a geopolitical thriller, and an emotional experience all at once. The new action thriller ‘No Escape’ might lack credibility, but it contains such insane intensity and heart-pounding action that it takes your breath away. It doesn’t let up for a minute. Owen Wilson might not pop to mind on the list of top action stars, but he is just right for this role.
