Sadruddin Hashwani calls for grand dialogue to avoid clash among institutions

ISLAMABAD: Renowned industrialist and Hashoo Group Chairman Sadruddin Hashwani while stressing the need of national cohesion among the institutions as country is facing an internal issues, has suggested a grand dialogue among the institutions of the state for creating national harmony on the national agenda.

“Have a pity on the country and how those actions which bring the joy for the enemy of the country could be termed in the interest of the country,” he said while talking to The News on the verdict of the Special Court on General (R) Pervez Musharraf.

Sadruddin Hashwani said a person who headed the army can never be traitor and this verdict only strengthens the enemies of Pakistan. “General (R) Pervez Musharraf has served the country and awarding such a sentence to him is inappropriate as those who looted the country were being facilitated,” he said.

The Hashoo Group chairman said the Attorney General of Pakistan had already warned to avoid the clash among the institutions. “It was not in a benefit of anyone to let down each other but the priority should be given to protect the Pakistan’s interest to settle the matters,” he said.

Hashwani said the national leadership should have to move ahead on the sensitive matters with responsibility, wisdom and from their strength of the character to resolve the issues. He said Pakistan was facing internal problems awhile the economic stability is now a need of time and for this purpose all the institutions should have to work together for the national agenda. “For the implementation of national agenda there is a need for holding of the national dialogue among the institutions,” he said.
