No justice
December 12, 2019
Discrimination against officers on the basis of province, region, religion, sect and lobby is gaining ground in various public-sector organizations. Diligent, dynamic and deserving officers are cornered or compelled to resign. Many gentler officers/ lower grade employees are insulted publicly.
For many there is no legal remedy. Even if it is available to them, the process is very cumbersome and in many cases the victims of injustice are neither properly guided nor being heard and this leads to erosion of rule of law in our society. I feel that only and only justice and jurisprudence can eliminate violence and discrimination from society.
