Fawad again files for bail

LAHORE:Former principal secretary to prime minister, Fawad Hassan Fawad, Monday filed a second petition in the Lahore High Court for post-arrest bail on fresh grounds in an assets beyond means case made by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). Previously, the court had denied him bail in the same case on Feb 14 this year while allowed in another of Ashiana Housing Scheme. In his fresh petition, Fawad argued that he had been behind bars for the last 15 months while his health had also been deteriorating during the detention.
