Man clubbed to death

HAFIZABAD A villager was clubbed to death over a minor issue at Hakeemwala village on Sunday.

Azhar Abbas had a dispute with ZulfiqarChangar over a minor issue.

On the day of the incident, the accused along with his friend allegedly clubbed Azhar to death. Police have registered a case.

INJURED TEACHER DIES AT HOSPITAL: A schoolteacher of Government Model Higher Secondary School, who was injured in an accident on Pindi Bhattian Road on Saturday, died at a hospital on Sunday.

Muhammad Sohail was injured when a van hit his bike. He was rushed to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

PROTEST: Scores of PML-N workers on Sunday staged a demonstration in front of the press club against the government policies. The protesters led by former federal minister Saeera Afzal Tarar chanted slogans against the government. The former minister said that the government had failed in providing relief to the masses.
