Misplaced luggage returned to passenger
PESHAWAR: The honesty showed by two porters at the Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar helped a passenger to find his misplaced luggage containing a cellphone and some gold ornaments. A communiqué said that a passenger Zarwali Khan hailing from Nowshera district had arrived at the airport from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on a flight number EK-636. It said he had misplaced his luggage at the screening machine, which contained a cellular phone and some gold ornaments. The porters, Muhammad Amin and Imran Siddiqui, spotted the luggage and informed the Airport Manager and Chief Operating Officer, Abdur Rehman, about it. On the directives of the manager, the owner Zarwali Khan was located and the luggage was handed over to him. Appreciating the honesty of the porters, the manager said that the act had brought a good name to the organisation.
