Indus Motors honoured

KARACHI: The Asiamoney, an influential business publication, has acknowledged Toyota Indus Motor Company as the “Most Outstanding Company” in the category of “Automobile and Components” during 2019 in Pakistan, a statement said on Thursday.

Asiamoney, a specialised business publication with the Euromoney Group, traditionally holds a competition among Asian institutions, it added.

The award established by the business publication is one of the most revered awards in the region.

The Asia's Outstanding Companies Poll was designed by Asiamoney to acknowledge the listed companies that have excelled in areas such as financial performance, management team excellence, investor relations activities and CSR initiatives.

The awards were decided on the basis of votes each company received by fund managers, buy-side analysts, ratings agencies and bankers, it said.
