Lawyers want courts shifted to complex in Lakki
LAKKI MARWAT: The legal fraternity has asked the district administration to shift revenue courts to the judicial complex located near Tajazai to rid both lawyers and litigants of troubles and difficulties.
The demand was made during a reception the District Bar Association had hosted for Deputy Commissioner Jehangir Azam Wazir on Tuesday. Assistant Commissioner Nadir Shahzad Khan was also present.
Speaking on the occasion, bar’s president Javed Aslam, general secretary Bahadar Nawaz and other members said that they had also raised the issue of shifting of revenue courts to judicial complex Tajazai repeatedly but to no avail. “The lawyers face numerous problems to appear in revenue courts located in the Lakki city in connection with cases of their litigants,” said Javed.
