New commissioner assumes charge
Rawalpindi: Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division Muhammad Mehmood after assuming the charge of his office visited all sections of Commissioner Office on Monday and met the officers and officials. He inquired about the working of sections and directed that all out efforts should be made to resolve the public grievances without any delay and improve the efficiency.
Later he presided a meeting of officers in Commissioner Office and reviewed the progress of concerned assignments. Commissioner Rawalpindi issued instructions in accordance with the directives of provincial Government, it is mandatory for all related officials to discharge their official responsibilities with the spirit to serve the masses. He said that Punjab government has initiated a number of public welfare and development oriented projects and it is our duty to ensure timely completion of these projects besides optimum use of facilities for the people.
