More than 30,000 books covering various literary and scholarly topics are stocked at the library of Pakistan Academy of Letter (PAL) at head-office here.
“New publications are continuously added. The library is organised on modern lines as a research-oriented facility for the students undertaking research on literary topics and for men of letters visiting the Academy from home and abroad,” said an official of PAL talking to APP Tuesday. He said a bookshop had been set up at the premises, which sold PAL’s publications at special discounted prices.
