Islamabad: National Book Foundation has published a new Urdu book titled ‘Turkey Kay Qadeem Kissay Aur Kahanian’ written by renowned journalist, columnist and author Rubaab Aisha, says a press release.
It contains 133 pages with a tag price of Rs130, the members of NBF reader club may have it at 55% discount (Rs68 only). The author has included 23 short and folk stories of Turkey with positive lessons to the children. She selected some very interesting, informative and thought-provoking old Turkish stories and translated them into Urdu with a modern sensitivity. The book meets the major goals of National Book Foundation under which NBF is publishing the translations of other country’s languages and cultural stories for Urdu readers.
This book is available at NBF main book shop situated at G-8 Markaz Islamabad, Club Book Shop Islamabad and at all NBF outlets other than Islamabad.
