Mamnoon meets Saudi king
ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain met King Salman bin Abdul Aziz al Saud in Jeddah on 18 June 2015. Crown Prince Muhammad bin Naef was also present in the meeting. The President was accompanied by Ambassador Manzoorul Haq and Consul General Aftab Khokher.The King warmly welcomed the President in Saudi Arabia.

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain met King Salman bin Abdul Aziz al Saud in Jeddah on 18 June 2015. Crown Prince Muhammad bin Naef was also present in the meeting. The President was accompanied by Ambassador Manzoorul Haq and Consul General Aftab Khokher.
The King warmly welcomed the President in Saudi Arabia. The two leaders discussed bilateral relations, situation in the region and matters of mutual interest. Mamnoon said that the people and the government of Pakistan have warm friendly feelings for the brotherly people of the Kingdom and hold the Custodian of two Holy Mosques in high esteem.
King Salman said that Pakistan is a brotherly country and the relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are exemplary. He further said that the Pakistani community in the Kingdom was very well respected for its conduct and contribution in the development of the Kingdom. More than two million Pakistanis reside in the Kingdom.
In response to President’s appreciation of Saudi Kings’ services to the Muslim Ummah in their role as the Custodian of two Holy Mosques, King Salman said that it is their sacred responsibility to serve the Umrah and the Hajj pilgrims and ensure peace and stability in the Kingdom. The President extended an invitation to His Majesty to visit Pakistan. King Salman accepted the invitation.
