LAHORE: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid on Saturday said the government would issue NOC to the BOL channel when it fulfills its constitutional obligations and obey Pemra rules.
The federal minister said this at the time when he stood to address an education conference here but at the time some employees of the BOL channel started raising slogans in favour of workers of the channel.
Pervaiz Rashid replying to a question said that if the channel fulfills legal requirements the Pemra would issue them NOC.
The channel had not told about its launching during the month of Ramazan, the minister said. He said the government was aware of the financial problems of the employees of the channel.
