SIALKOT: Police Friday arrested an accused on charges of blackmailing and raping a woman. According to police, accused Dilawar had allegedly raped 'A' after black mailing her in village Kot Deena in the limits of Sambrial police. Reportedly, the accused had used some pictures of the woman in his mobile and blackmailed her. The police have registered a case against the accused.
