First aid post set up at Wagah for Sikh yatrees

LAHORE : Pakistan Red Crescent (PRC) Punjab has set up a first aid post at Wagah Railway Station to provide free medicines and any first aid required to Sikh yatrees who arrived here on Friday for annual Besakhi celebrations.
According to a press release, Pakistan Red Crescent had deputed its trained first aid team to stay alert in case of any emergency situation. Pakistan Red Crescent Punjab Secretary Muhammad Zahid visited Wagah Railway Station to check the arrangements. He said team of PRC Punjab would also perform duties during the visit of Sikh yatrees to Nankana Sahib, Farooqabad and Dera Sahib.
