Remand extended

LAHORE: An accountability court on Thursday extended judicial remand of PML-N leader Hafiz Nauman and two other accused in Lahore Parking Company corruption case by April 20.
The accused were facing allegations of awarding contract to a company that had presented forged documents. Meanwhile, an Accountability Court on Thursday extended judicial remand of deputy administrator of a housing society, Ghulam Murtaza, by April 20. The society administration sold 5,200 kanal land to citizens rather than 1,500 kanals of the allocated land. The accused also sold 8,500 files of plots without obtaining NOC from the Lahore Development Authority.
